This position requires extensive knowledge of our product line to assist with customer service via phone, email, and especially our website chat function (forthcoming).
We are looking for someone with experience in outdoor gear and apparel, both professionally and recreationally, as well as a background in customer service. Ecommerce experience with Shopify, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics, is a bonus.
- Coverage of all Ecomm customer service outlets, especially online chat
- Create and maintain clear communication and collaboration with customers and coworkers
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily tasks
- Order entry an management within Microsoft Dynamics
- Ability and willingness to learn about company products, programs, and mission
Our ideal candidate:
- Retail and/or customer service experience within the Outdoor Industry
- Strong PC skills and typing ability
- Self-motivated and organized with a strong attention to detail
- Calm, collected demeanor and works well with others
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
