Fenix Outdoor / Brands: Fjällräven, Tierra, Primus & Hanwag

As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Fenix Outdoor you will be the HR responsible for the managers and employees working for our internal Brands which are Fjällräven, Tierra, Primus, Hanwag, and the Global Sales division in the Nordics. It’s a full-time position located in Solna, Stockholm and you will report to our Senior HR Director, Frank Albers, who is located in Hamburg/Germany.

You will be responsible for developing and anchoring the HR agenda in your assigned business units. You will work both strategically and operationally to ensure that our HR strategies are executed in the most effective and efficient way.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The main tasks for the HRBP Brands and Global Sales Nordics are:

• Execute on strategic initiatives and deliver them fully in your part of the organization and lead different HR projects on a global level
• Consult and support managers on HR-related topics and personnel errands in their daily work, e.g., organizational- and team development, individual errands, labor law, recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding
• Create, implement, and follow up on routines and ways of working for various HR activities such as recruitment, employee engagement, performance reviews, salary revision
• Develop and maintain HR guidelines, policies and handbooks and educate managers and employees
• Act as the HR go-to-person for all staff who wants to consult a third party or getting support in employment or HR-related questions

WHO YOU ARE:

We think you would be a great match for the position if:

• You have 5+ years of experience working in an operational and strategical HR role
• You have experience in consulting and coaching managers and employees in various errands
• You are skilled within recruitment and used to manage entire recruitment processes from A-Z
• You are knowledgeable within labor law and have the ability to apply national law and union agreement regulations onto practical cases
• You are brilliant in communicating in Swedish and English, written and spoken. If you speak German it’s an extra plus
• You initiate and generate activity and you are able to deliver results even in heterogenous structures and dynamic conditions. You work under your own direction and bring a pragmatic “can do attitude”
• You have a strong ability to build and maintain relationships. You are grounded and demonstrate a high degree of integrity
• Preferably you share our passion for nature and the outdoors
