ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Financial assistant within the Accounts Payable you will work in a team. Together you will be managing established duties within the Accounts Payable and outgoing payments area. You will provide a high level of service and operational work with our companies within the Fenix Outdoor Group.

This position is based in Örnsköldsvik. You will report directly to the Shared Service Center Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The operational work contains work task such as;

• Scanning and registration of incoming invoices
• Create templates for automatic reading of invoices
• Distribution of expense invoices to authorizers
• Connect goods invoices against purchase orders
• Investigate and correct invoices stuck in error
• Create payments
• Booking and reconciliation of payments
• Manage vendor master data
• Administrate user rights in Medius Flow
• Other existing tasks within Accounts Payable and outgoing payments

We are continuously working with improving our processes. From this we see that you enjoy working with efficiency and system improvements and can contribute with your inputs.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for you with a few years experience from working as a financial assistant or is newly graduated within the finance area.

You should be able to easily learn new tasks and new systems. We require that you speak and write Swedish and English fluently. As a person you are curios to learn new things. You are responsible and like to work at a high pace and are dedicated to your tasks. The work tasks also requires that you are structured, accurate and ensure high quality in your work.

Furthermore, you enjoy working in a changing environment where your will and commitment help you move forward in your work. You are confident and independent in your way of working while you have a good ability to work together and prioritize the right things at the right time. You are described as a team player who likes to collaborate with your colleagues and contributes with great energy and commitment to the group. It is an advantage if you have previous experience of Axapta Dynamics.
