ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Digital Tech department at Fenix Outdoor is on an exciting journey of transforming our organization into a digitally capable and competitive company. As Product Owner Identity and Access Management, your main responsibility will be the governance of Fenix AD (on-prem and Azure AD) and O365. You will work tightly together with Fenix Outdoor outsourcing partners.

You’ll be a part of a dynamic, talented and ambitious team that works in small focused expert areas, but also as a larger product team and cross-collaborative operation with other departments. 

This is a full-time hybrid position that is based out of Hamburg, Germany; Stockholm, Sweden or Örnsköldsvik, Sweden. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Create and maintain roadmap for O365 and IAM. Drive and assist new DT projects and change management. Support and align efforts to meet business need.
• Governance of Fenix AD (on-prem and Azure AD) and O365. Responsible for SSO integrations, access lifecycle management, privileged account management, identity lifecycle.
• Prioritize and solve IT incidents in systems supported by IT department on multiple sites throughout the organization world-wide
• Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive). Effectively translate complex, technical concepts into easy to understand language to assist non - technically oriented customers.
• Be a partner in CM cases and projects

WHO YOU ARE

We think you could be a great match for the position if you possess the following capabilities:

• Five years of demonstrated success as a Product Owner with extensive experience working with IAM and O365
• If there was a black belt in Microsoft AD (on-prem and Azure) and O365 you've have it. You have a high understanding of security aspects in identity and access management.
• You have worked with SSO integrations, access lifecycle management, privileged account management as well as identity lifecycle
• You are used to project management and the agile way of working

• You have an ability to quickly identify issues, evaluate options and implement solutions. You are described as someone who uses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
• Your colleagues would most likely describe you as very pedagogic with an ability to easily translate technology in an easy way. as well  Actively listens to others. Ability to present and explain information towards different group of stakeholders.
• You tackle business problems with creative solutions from fact-based findings; you don’t shy away from the opportunity to weigh-in on critical business decision
  
• As a forward thinker, you stay informed about the latest, greatest and up-and-coming tools and trends in your field
• You have a love and respect for nature and the outdoors and an authentic enthusiasm toward the Brands at Fenix Outdoor. You are eager to share your passion and engage others to fall in love with the outdoors.
