ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Digital Tech department at Fenix Outdoor is on an exciting journey of transforming our organization into a digitally capable and competitive company. As IT Support Specialist, your main responsibility will be to prioritize and solve IT incidents in systems supported by our Digital Tech department world wide. You will work tightly together with Fenix Outdoor outsourcing partners.
You’ll be a part of a dynamic, talented and ambitious team that works in small focused expert areas, but also cross-collaborative operation with other departments.
This is a full-time hybrid position that is based out of Hamburg, Germany; Stockholm, Sweden or Örnsköldsvik, Sweden.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Resolving technical issues, while ensuring a high level of customer service and maximizing productivity. The role includes limited after-hours support.
- Actively monitor and analyze user requests. You will evaluate and apply suitable solutions based on independent troubleshooting by using available resources.
- Act as a partner in CM cases and projects related to workplace support.
- Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive). Keep team aware of major issues and reoccurring problems.
- Drive and assist with new IT projects by investigating options and making recommendation as to what systems, hardware, and software changes are appropriate for the enterprise including and not limited to desktops, laptops, cellphones, printers, and area/department specific software
WHO YOU ARE
We think you could be a great match for the position if you possess the following capabilities:
- Three years of demonstrated success as a IT Support Specialist with experience in workplace administration and support
- You are skilled and knowledgeable with operating systems (Windows, MacOS), workplace support and O365
- You have ITIL knowledge

- You actively listen to others and are described as very pedagogic. You can easily put yourself in the end users shoes and you enjoy solving problems.
- You are known to effectively translate complex, technical concepts into easy to understand language to assist non - technically oriented customers. You speak and write English in a clear and credible manner.
- As a positive forward thinker, you stay informed about the latest, greatest and up-and-coming tools and trends in your field
- You have a love and respect for nature and the outdoors and an authentic enthusiasm toward the Brands at Fenix Outdoor. You are eager to share your passion and engage others to fall in love with the outdoors.
