ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be onboarded into an ambitious team that is focused on building our future retail landscape. The journey has started with a greenfield approach in a new market and in the coming years we plan to develop a template solution that will enable our retail organization to reach their ambitious growth targets, enable a fast time-to-market and allow our customers to always get the products they wish for in our stores and on our ecommerce sites. Your focus area will be Retail & E-Commerce. You will be working mainly on our Order Management Solution, but also drive solutions that span multiple platforms. You will be taking care of the Retail and E-Com business processes on system perspective and ensure that business needs are reflected into the solution landscape.

As a Business Analyst Retail & E-Commerce you can make Fenix Outdoor opportunities a reality by:

• Analyzing business requirements, align them with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and move them into user stories
• Supporting the design of state-of-the-art processes by enabling the right digital tooling
• Assessing the required time, cost, and impact of implementing the established backlog
• Communicating, drive transparency and keep track of costs, timings and scope of developments, including the approval of the completed
  functionality
• Ensuring a smooth handover to operations and business stakeholders
• Coordinating requirements and necessary changes to third parties
• Collaborating with developers, architects, product owners and SME to always find the solution that fits the organization

This position can be based in Hamburg, Stockholm or Örnskoldsvik. Occasional business travel will be required.

• Understanding of retail and e-commerce business, including unified commerce and fulfillment

• Good listener and able to process information quickly and accurately

• Being detail-oriented, but also pragmatic
• Ability to understand business strategy, goals, and requirements
• You have a love and respect for nature and the outdoors and an authentic enthusiasm toward the Brands at Fenix Outdoor. You are eager to share your passion and engage others to fall in love with the outdoors.

Requirements:

• Experience in a fast-moving multi-brand retail environment, such as apparel, sporting goods or consumer goods
• A bachelor’s degree or similar education
• 3-5 years ofwork experience, preferable in a similar environment
• Experience in Agile work environments is preferred
• Previous experience in working with JIRA, Confluence and/or similar tools
• Fluent in English, Swedish and/or German will be an advantage
