ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Integration Layer team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the development and implementation of the integration layer, working closely with the product owner, development team, and key stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of various systems and applications.

This full-time position can be based in Almere, Netherlands, Solna, Sweden or Örnsköldsvik, Sweden and reports through to the Product Owner Integration, Habib.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

In more detail you will focus on the following:

• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide status updates.
• Analyze business requirements and create detailed functional and technical specifications for integration layer solution.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into functional code.
• Map the fields of the Inbound and Outbound messages with the internal integration canonical system.
• Manage and collaborate with (internal and /or external) business analysts and development partners.
• Work with stakeholders to test and validate integration layer solutions.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design, test cases, and user manuals.
• Conduct gap analysis between current and desired business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of integration layer solutions and recommend improvements.
• Support the product owner by implementing the roadmap, prioritizing the items in the backlog, and sharing the product owner’s vision with the stakeholders.

WHO YOU ARE

As an experienced Business Analyst, you bring an analytical, rational and customer-focused mindset to the team. You are a natural problem solver, with an ability to take ownership of your tasks and a strong analytical mindset. Your excellent communication and collaborative skills will see you thrive in a team environment. 

You also hold the following traits and capabilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 or more years' experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on integration layer solutions.
• Strong understanding of integration technologies and methodologies.
• Experience with technologies such as REST APIs, ETL, and message transfer is a must.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Being familiar with process documentation and design tools like LucidChart would be advantageous. 
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud Services is a would be advantageous.
