ABOUT THE ROLE

The Digital Tech team at Fenix Outdoor, leads the organisation’s digital strategy and commitment to continuous improvement within the digital space. As a team of approximately 70 staff, they support the wider Fenix team through agile ways of working and service-orientated delivery in the areas of development, operation and support. The team is currently going through a time of change with several exciting projects under way including a new business system.

The key role of IT Security Manager will have strategic and tactical oversight of Fenix Outdoor’s IT security, IT continuity and information security, ensuring that it remains at an adequate level based on the business needs and the evolving requirements. This position will also be responsible for risk management within the Digital Tech team.

This position is a full time, permanent opportunity that can be based from Fenix Outdoor’s Solna office in Stockholm or in our Örnsköldsvik office. The role will report directly through to the Chief Information Officer, Jan Lindmark.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

In more detail you will focus on the following:

• Gap analysis of IT security and information security and initiation of protection measures within operation and infrastructure, system management, property IT and digital services, digital products and digital channels.
• Ensure that the IT continuity plan is kept up to date and that tests are carried out
• Confirm that IT architecture and IT processes support IT and information security
• Follow up of IT security work within service areas (IT management objects) concerning both business-critical systems and IT infrastructure
• Educate IT users regarding IT security and information security issues
• Coordinate and prioritize IT and Digital risk management development
• Tactical follow-up of IT security services and software suppliers in your area
• Follow through of any IT security incidents
• Support the CIO, IT management and Project Manager in strategic IT matters

WHO YOU ARE

You are an engaging and reliable professional, excited by the prospect of bringing your experience and knowledge to contribute to Fenix Outdoor’s success. You have strong communication skills, are a natural collaborator and can educate your colleagues through complex IT issues. Your drive and task-orientated approach will see you complete work in a structured and positive manner. Finally, your previous experience with agile ways of working and delivering projects within a set budget will see you succeed in this role.

You will also have:

• Tertiary education (engineer, economist or systems scientist)
• Minimum of 10 years work experience within IT
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT and information security work (Ideally, either as an IT Security Manager, as part of a CIO position or as a specialist from a consultancy focusing on IT security)
• Experience with IT management processes
• Experience from an IT department in a senior position would be advantageous
