ABOUT THE ROLE

The Fenix Outdoor Tech team is growing, and we are therefore seeking an engaging and solutions-oriented Business Solutions Analyst to join. You will play a critical role in ensuring the optimisation of our ERP software, Microsoft Dynamics AX. Joining a group of outdoor brands, you will be contributing to the mission of getting more people to spend unforgettable and inspiring moments in nature.

This is full-time opportunity can be based from our Solna or Örnsköldsvik offices in Sweden and reports directly through to our Head of Business Technology for Common Functions, Henrik Drugge. 

You will also be responsible for:

• Preparing requirements (write user stories) based on input from business stakeholders.
• Analysis and design of the most effective solution to achieve our business goals.
• Assessing the required time, cost, and impact of implementing the established backlog.
• Communicate, make transparent and keep track of costs, timings, and scope of developments, including the approval of the completed functionality.
• Coordinating requirements and necessary changes with third parties.
• Collaborating with developers, assess need for required additional development, determine, and monitor process improvements and follow through with implementation.

WHO YOU ARE

• Strong background working with an ERP system, previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, AX2012 or AX2009 is required.
  
• Analytical, solutions- and customer focused team player with a digital interest!
• Good listener and able to process large amounts of information quickly and accurately.
• Detail-orientated with an ability to provide solutions to problems or challenges that arise.
• Business acumen with an ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis.
• Methodical and experience with process modelling.
• Fluency in English, written and verbal is required.
