We are seeking a new team member for our top-notch Operations team at Fenix Outdoor! As the Supply Chain and Logistics Analyst, you will support and optimize the efficiency of our supply chain by collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources. You will work with the Operations Team to understand business needs, and with the Data Team to gather raw data that will allow you to create reporting templates and dashboards for operations planning and more. You will be the primary source for accurate, timely information that influences operational decisions and provides insight into potential process improvements.

This position is based out of our Aurora, CO location.

The wage range for this position is $28.85-31.25 hourly (approx. $60,000-65,000 annually).

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Collaborate with our data engineer, operations, warehouse, and supply chain partners to identify appropriate data sources for our reporting needs
• Use Excel, Power BI, and other software tools to create and maintain reports and dashboards for daily, monthly, and quarterly analysis to drive operational excellence across multiple cross-functional teams
• Provide in-depth analysis of large data sets and historical trends to find ways to improve business results through KPI tracking, with a focus on monitoring operational progress and efficiency
• Provide quick and accurate ad-hoc analysis and insight on various supply chain strategies, and present the results in a clear manner
• Train team members on reporting tools to ensure accuracy and comprehension across stakeholders
• Understand the basics of physical warehouse processes and how these are managed in the ERP, WMS, and other business systems
• Work cross-functionally with customer service, sales, and other departments

WHO YOU ARE

Requirements:

• You are an inquisitive problem solver with a strong Excel skillset and a willingness to understand business operational challenges
• You use a data-driven approach to understanding budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
• You have experience in building data visualizations with Excel, Power BI, or other software
• You are proficient in building models and businesses cases with cross-functional business partners
• You manage and communicate project timelines across multiple deliverables, including ongoing tasks and continued development of published reports and dashboards
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, finance, information technology, or supply chain, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• You have at least one year of experience in supply chain data analysis, sales and operations planning, or operations data analysis
• Although your skills in Excel are especially advanced, you also have strong grasp of full Microsoft Office suite
• Your verbal and written communication skills, including documenting business processes and workflows, are excellent
• You work effectively in a team environment
• You pay close attention to detail and self-manage multiple priorities

Preferred (but not required):

• Previous SQL or Python experience
