ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to support our German logistics operations in Ludwigslust and other group entities in Hamburg. This role offers a unique opportunity to broaden your HR expertise and develop professionally in a diverse and international environment. As you are supporting entities at different locations commuting between Hamburg and Ludwigslust is required to build trustful and strong relationships!

This full-time role is either based in Hamburg and/or part-time in Ludwigslust, and we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

• You're the first point of contact for our leaders – whether it’s about recruiting, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, learning & development, or employment law matters.
• You take a holistic view of HR, shaping processes across the entire employee lifecycle and driving meaningful improvements.
• As a trusted go-to person, you support employees and managers with advice, empathy, and hands-on guidance – acting as partner, mediator, and enabler whenever needed.
  
• You develop and refine HR policies, train colleagues, and bring global HR initiatives to life with local expertise.
• Working closely with our Payroll & HR Services team, you ensure smooth operations – and build trust at every level.

What’s in your backpack for this expedition

• You have a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Labor Law, or a related field, or equivalent qualifications.

• 2-4 years of experience in an HR role, ideally within an international, fast-paced organization.

• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a “can-do” attitude and the ability to work independently.

• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have a proven ability to build trusting relationships across diverse teams.

• You are fluent in both German and English and have strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
