Sales Representative - Hanwag & Devold

As a Sales Representative for these two heritage brands, you’ll play a key role in helping more people discover gear they can trust — by developing strong partnerships, offering expert guidance, and growing our presence across middle and southern Sweden.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this field-based role, you’ll focus on developing and growing the B2B business for Hanwag and Devold across middle and southern Sweden. Success comes from being present in the market — building strong, trust-based partnerships and offering expert guidance to our retail customers.
Working closely with the Sales Manager, you’ll help bring our sales strategy to life, while contributing your own ideas and taking independent initiative to drive sustainable growth.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Acquire and develop new B2B customers in your region.
- Conduct regular customer visits and clinics — expect at least 50 nights of travel per year.
- Plan and lead pre-order meetings, including collecting orders and setting assortments.
- Monitor sales performance and act on opportunities for sustainable growth.
- Set up and maintain showroom spaces and shop-in-shops with customers.
- Drive and execute customer events, clinics, and training sessions.

WHO YOU ARE
We think you could be a great match for the position if you possess the following traits and capabilities:
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the outdoor industry
- Proven track record of customer relationship development
- Experience in travel-heavy sales roles
- Comfortable holding presentations or training sessions
- Fluent in Swedish and English (German is a plus)
- Knowledge of outdoor gear, textiles, and materials is a bonus
- Based in middle or southern Sweden, with flexibility to travel
