E-commerce Merchandiser
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our E-commerce Merchandiser you will join the supportive, collaborative EU E-commerce team working to ensure that our brand and product presentations online are providing a premium experience maximizing user engagement and conversion to sales. Bringing a strong sense of commercial awareness to the role, you will develop partnerships across internal and external stakeholders, including our Marketing, US E-commerce and Brands teams to support in reaching our Direct to Consumer goals.
This position is a full time, 12-month parental leave cover based from our Solna office in Stockholm, SE starting from April 2026. The role will report directly through to our E-commerce Manager for Europe.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Reporting on sales and campaigns by preparing weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports per category and market.
Optimizing the sites through effective merchandising on a weekly basis and do local changes on a monthly/seasonal basis, as well as monitoring of stock levels. This includes ranking according to agreed variables, optimization of search on sites, product recommendation as well as managing UGC together with our social media team.
Provide product and sales input to Marketing regarding seasonal and global campaigns (e.g., landing pages, newsletters, paid and social media ads) and lead the operational commercial calendar.
Oversee seasonal launches for Fenix Outdoor brands’ products; ensure accurate product setup, launching, and tracking.
Be part of the requirement specification and development process to improve user interaction on site including functionality and user journey, as well as managing tickets and supports on all UAT together with the Brand Online teams.
Contribute to projects that are prioritized by the business and digital roadmap.
Work closely with E-commerce Managers/Digital Content Editors on Business Development & Platform projects, allowing for greater commercial focus.
WHO YOU ARE
We think you could be a great match for the position if you possess the following traits and capabilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Merchandising, or Digital Marketing/Ecommerce
Demonstrated experience working as an E-commerce Merchandiser creating curated online customer experiences.
Indepth knowledge of and experience working with PIM and CMS platforms (preferably InRiver and Episerver).
Ability to work collaboratively across diverse and multidisciplinary teams to achieve set goals.
Immaculate organisational and analytical skills with an ability to effectively prioritise and meet deadlines.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Fluency in our corporate language, English.
Previous experience working within the Outdoor industry would be highly advantageous!
