ABOUT THE ROLE
As a CRO & Content Specialist – Ecommerce Europe at Fenix Outdoor, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience and boosting conversion across Fenix Outdoor’s portfolio of E-Commerce sites. You will work closely with our E-commerce Manager and Director, Merchandisers, and cross-functional teams in Marketing, Data Analytics, UX/UI, and Tech to identify opportunities, test hypotheses, and implement changes that improve engagement and online sales.
This position primarily focuses on Fjällräven’s European E-Commerce sites, with occasional support for other Fenix Outdoor brands such as Hanwag. You will combine your skills in conversion rate optimization, analytics, and CMS content management to ensure our digital storefronts deliver a premium, consistent brand experience while maximizing commercial performance.
This role is based in Solna, Sweden, reporting to the E-commerce Manager.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
In more detail you will focus on the following:
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rate and user engagement through data analysis, user behavior insights, and experimentation
Develop hypotheses and run A/B tests from setup to analysis and recommendations
Optimize landing pages, product pages, sign-up flows, and key conversion points
Manage and publish marketing and commercial web content across markets to drive engagement and conversion
Maintain evergreen content such as legal and customer service pages
Monitor and report on site performance, conversion, and engagement metrics
Conduct performance reviews of homepage and content placements to provide actionable recommendations
Collaborate with UX/UI, Tech, Marketing, and Data teams on optimization initiatives
Participate in UAT, backlog prioritization, and requirements to improve site functionality and user journeys
Act as a CMS expert and ensure consistent brand experience across all digital touchpoints
WHO YOU ARE
We think you could be a great match for the position if you possess the following traits and capabilities:
3-4 years of experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and content publishing
Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using tools like GA4 to understand user behavior and identify optimization opportunities
Proven experience developing hypotheses, running A/B tests, and translating results into actionable improvements
Strong understanding of E-Commerce user journeys and optimization of landing pages, product pages, and key conversion flows
Experience working with CMS platforms to implement and optimize on-site content
Ability to turn data insights into clear recommendations that improve engagement, conversion, and online sales
Comfortable collaborating with teams across E-commerce, Marketing, UX/UI, Data, and Tech
A plus if you have experience with multi-brand or international E-Commerce sites, experimentation tools (like heatmaps or session recordings), or digital asset management systems such as Bynder
